Most matches can be booked even if not listed on the official page.
Booking is confirmed immediately upon payment approval. If you've received a confirmation email or text, no additional procedures or separate approval are required.
You can only select seats displayed on the purchase page. If you're looking for cheaper seats or other categories, please contact us via 1:1 consultation. We can usually secure even hard-to-find seats if you let us know in advance.
All times displayed on the site are in local stadium time. Korean portals (like Naver) automatically convert to Korean time, so please be careful of confusion. Europe observes Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time), so be sure to check time zone calculations.
Generally, there's nothing additional you need to do. If specific clubs require their own mobile ticket apps (e.g., Club Wallet), we'll provide individual guidance on installation and usage after purchase completion.
Prices constantly fluctuate based on exchange rates, demand, supply, and proximity to match date. Big matches especially see price increases as the match date approaches, and cheaper seats sell out first. The safest and most economical method is to book as early as possible.
Away section tickets for almost all clubs are available for booking and have been stably provided for the past 15 years. You can purchase directly on the purchase page or request via 1:1 inquiry.
Most tickets have uniform pricing. Children's tickets are extremely rare and usually have poor views with no adjacent seating possible, so adult tickets are often required. For groups (travel agencies, YouTubers, families, events, business trips, etc.), always request via 1:1 consultation. Based on 15 years of group supply experience, we'll propose the best seats and carefully manage local meetings, coordination, and entry.
Basic payment is domestic bank transfer (no fees), and card payment is available through PayPal app with a 5% PayPal fee. Payment currency is based on the match host country currency (GBP, EUR, etc.), and for KRW payments, Naver 'cash buying rate' exchange rate applies. Card company overseas payment fees are separate.
Tickets are mainly provided as electronic tickets (PDF), mobile wallet tickets, or club official app exclusive tickets. Rarely, physical paper tickets may be issued.
Domestic customers receive tickets via KakaoTalk, overseas customers via email or WhatsApp. For physical tickets, they can be delivered to local accommodation or picked up directly in London city center.
Tickets are usually sent from 1-2 days before the match, and at latest by match day morning or 2 hours 30 minutes before kickoff. Stadium entry is usually possible from 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours before kickoff, so even if ticket delivery is delayed, there's no disruption to entry.
Club ticketing systems often activate tickets close to match time, making immediate delivery impossible. In the past 15 years, there have been no cases of entry denial due to non-receipt of tickets, and we resolve any issues in real-time.
For PDF electronic tickets, scan the QR code; for mobile wallet tickets, add to app and use. Set smartphone screen brightness to maximum and to avoid crowds, we recommend being seated at least 45 minutes before kickoff.
Only the seat grade (category) is confirmed at booking stage; exact block, row, and seat numbers are confirmed when tickets are received. For specific seat requests, separate inquiry via 1:1 message is required.
Tickets purchased in the same order are allocated as adjacent seats. However, for some matches or categories, purchases of 3+ seats may be split into 2+1 combinations. We do not consider front/back or diagonal seats as adjacent; only side-by-side seats are provided as adjacent.
If you want to buy additional tickets after existing booking to sit in adjacent seats, please inquire as soon as possible. Allocation may be difficult close to match date.
EPL generally doesn't check ID, but some La Liga, Ligue 1, and Serie A clubs may verify name and birth year. In such cases, we pre-configure entry using the buyer information entered at booking.
All tickets we provide are genuine tickets issued by clubs, and there have been no entry issues in the past 15 years. If problems occur, local staff respond in real-time, and in the unlikely event of entry denial, we provide 100% ticket refund plus additional compensation.
Generally, cancellation or changes are not possible after booking. Due to the nature of ticket products, confirmed bookings prevent other fans' purchase opportunities, so please make careful decisions. If unavoidable circumstances arise, please notify us as soon as possible - we can help with resale etc., but refunds for personal reasons (e.g., flight delays) are difficult.
Match schedule changes due to TV broadcasting etc. are common, and in such cases existing tickets remain valid and schedule changes don't qualify for refunds. As the responsibility for schedule confirmation lies with the buyer, always check the latest information on official sites.
Complete cancellation of European professional football matches is extremely rare. If a club officially cancels a match and decides on full refund, we'll provide refund under the same conditions.
